| In many cases, the air inside your home is drier than a desert. Dry, indoor

Forced warm air heating systems create a pressure differential that diverts
some heated air to the humidifier through a bypass duct. There, the warm air absorbs moisture from a water soaked evaporator pad, and
then rejoins the primary warm air stream for distribution throughout the living area. A stainless steel solenoid
valve and patented distribution tray ,
meter and disperse the water uniformly across the evaporator pad. Unevaporated water drains from the unit to the
floor drain. The model shown humidifies up to 3000 square feet and is available with the Sears or Carrier nameplate. The larger capacity model 1099 , is also available. |

evaporator pad. Will suit the average home less than 3000 square feet. A humidistat provides accurate,
manual control of humidity levels. When conditions change, simply adjust the control for more or less humidity.

Delivers up to 17 gallons per day using a larger expanded aluminum
evaporator pad. Will humidify homes larger than 3000 square feet. For automatic humidity control, you can
upgrade to a Carrier HumidiTrac control. With HumidiTrac,
set your desired humidity level, and then walk away. This system responds to changes in outdoor temperatures, taking
about 86,000 readings per day, and automatically adjusts the relative humidity in your home for maximum comfort.

Carrier LFP 18 GPD

Delivers up to 18 gallons per day using a larger expanded aluminum
evaporator pad, but with a fan powered process, eliminating
the bypass duct. This unit mounts on the supply air plenum, and is excellent in congested furnace rooms where a
bypass style can't be installed. The patented Carrier Thermidistat Control combines
the features of a deluxe thermostat and an automatic humidistat to deliver comfort control no other manufacturer
offers. This optional upgrade, combined with the Carrier 2-stage variable speed furnces, monitors both temperature
