Forced warm air heating systems create a pressure differential that diverts
some heated air to the humidifier through a bypass duct. There, the warm air absorbs moisture from a water soaked evaporator pad, and
then rejoins the primary warm air stream for distribution throughout the living area. A stainless steel solenoid
valve and patented distribution tray ,
meter and disperse the water uniformly across the evaporator pad. Unevaporated water drains from the unit to the
floor drain. The model shown humidifies up to 3000 square feet and is available with the Sears or Carrier nameplate. |
